By accessing or using BlockSynk, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, you may not use the platform. Your continued use of BlockSynk constitutes acceptance of any modifications to these terms.

2. Service Description

BlockSynk is an intellectual property protection platform that provides cryptographic sealing of digital content using SHA-256 hashing with timestamps. The platform includes innovation sealing, integrity auditing, agreement creation, TalkSynk AI literacy assistance, and enterprise analytics.

BlockSynk creates verifiable proof of creation but does not constitute legal registration of intellectual property rights such as patents, trademarks, or copyrights.

3. User Responsibilities

You are responsible for the accuracy and legality of all content you submit for sealing. You agree not to use BlockSynk to seal content that infringes on the intellectual property rights of others, contains illegal material, or violates any applicable laws or regulations.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.

4. Intellectual Property

Users retain all rights to their sealed content. BlockSynk does not claim ownership over any content submitted for sealing. The cryptographic seal serves as proof of creation and timestamp verification only.

The BlockSynk platform, including its design, code, and branding, is the intellectual property of BlockSynk and is protected under The Banks Codex License.

5. Limitation of Liability

BlockSynk provides its services on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We make no warranties, express or implied, regarding the reliability, accuracy, or availability of the platform.

BlockSynk shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the platform.

6. Modifications to Terms

BlockSynk reserves the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date. Your continued use of the platform after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

7. Governing Law

These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws. Any disputes arising from these terms or the use of BlockSynk shall be resolved through appropriate legal channels in the jurisdiction where BlockSynk operates.
