User Agreement

1. Agreement to Terms

This User Agreement is a binding contract between you and BlockSynk. By creating an account or using any BlockSynk services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by this agreement in its entirety.

2. Account Usage

You must provide accurate and complete information when creating your account. You are solely responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. You agree to notify BlockSynk immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

Each account is intended for use by a single individual or authorized entity. Sharing account credentials is prohibited.

3. Acceptable Use

You agree to use BlockSynk only for lawful purposes and in accordance with this agreement. You may not use the platform to seal content that is fraudulent, defamatory, or infringes upon the rights of others.

You may not attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of the BlockSynk platform. Automated scraping, unauthorized API access, or any activity that disrupts the platform is strictly prohibited.

4. Content and IP Rights

You retain all intellectual property rights to content you create and seal through BlockSynk. By using the platform, you grant BlockSynk a limited license to process, hash, and store your content solely for the purpose of providing the sealing and verification services.

BlockSynk does not review, endorse, or take responsibility for the content of sealed innovations. The cryptographic seal verifies existence and timestamp only.

5. Service Availability

BlockSynk strives to maintain continuous platform availability but does not guarantee uninterrupted service. We may perform scheduled maintenance, updates, or modifications that temporarily affect availability.

BlockSynk reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any feature of the platform with reasonable notice to users.

6. Termination

You may terminate your account at any time by contacting BlockSynk. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate this agreement, engage in fraudulent activity, or pose a security risk to the platform.

Upon termination, your sealed records remain in the registry as cryptographic proof. You may request data export prior to account closure.
